How do i place a reservation?
Message us on WhatsApp or via the Contact Us page, and we will do an availability check for you.
Special Dietary Requirements?
Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal or Gluten Free, please inform us when booking if you require one of these options.
While we may not be able to accommodate every requirement please let us know in advance and we’ll make every effort to ensure there is food available for you.
In addition, we can help you store your own food on the boat if required.
I have my own scuba equipment is there a discount?
If you bring your own full set of scuba gear, the trip price is reduced by ฿500.
Do you have DIN adapters?
Please tell us when booking if you need a DIN adaptor so we can confirm availability. DIN adaptors cost ฿100 per day.
Can i have a Private Divemaster?
Yes. A private dive guide costs ฿2,500 per day and can be shared by a group of up to four divers.
Cancelations and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request and move your booking to a different date if possible. However, if this is not possible, we will issue you a refund according to the following policy:
- For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your booking date, you will receive a FULL REFUND minus a ฿1,500 per person administrative and bank fees.
- For cancellations made within 14 days of your booking date, NO REFUND will be issued.
- If we have to cancel your trip due to poor weather conditions a FULL REFUND will be issued.
